We want to work with individuals that are committed to improvement. We customize every program to the athlete so whether you're an ex-athlete or complete beginner the workout will be designed for YOU. All we ask in return is that you show up ready to put in the work.

To get started, we begin with a 15-minute call with one of our senior coaches.
This gives us a chance to learn about your goals, training history, and what success looks like for you. It also allows us to share more about our philosophy, process, pricing, and answer any questions you may have to ensure we're a good fit for each other.

By the end of the call we should be pretty confident if we're a good fit for each other.
However, we encourage you to visit the facility, see the training in action, and get a firsthand look at our setup. We're happy to schedule a walkthrough and answer any additional questions to help you feel fully comfortable with your decision.

We have two different training options depending on your needs.
Private Training: One-on-one coaching for those looking for undivided attention.
Semi-Private Training: Train in a semi-private group (max 4 people). Custom programming in a team setting.
We're not for everyone, but we could be for you.
THE GRP METHOD
Mobility - If you can’t move well, life gets tough. That’s why we begin every session with focused mobility work, improving your range of motion and reducing the risk of injury.
Strength - Strength training is the backbone of our program. It not only builds muscle but also supports joint health, improves posture, and enhances overall function.
Cardio -Heart health is essential for stamina and recovery. Our approach to cardio goes beyond just burning calories; it strengthens your heart, boosts endurance, and supports your ability to perform at your best in and out of the gym.
Every athlete at Gary Roberts Performance works with a coach to make sure you're getting the most out of every training session. We don't believe in large group training. Your time is valuable, so every rep matters!
In our Private Training, we offer one-on-one coaching that's fully tailored to your fitness goals. Whether you're focused on building strength, losing weight, or improving athletic performance, each session is customized to fit your needs and abilities. You'll get the full attention of your coach, along with personalized programming and guidance, to help you make the most progress.
In our Semi-Private Training, you get the benefits of private coaching in a flexible semi-private setting. With a maximum of 4 participants per session, you'll receive focused attention and personalized feedback while enjoying the energy and motivation of training with others. It's a more affordable option for those who want a customized experience, along with the support of like-minded teammates.

Training sessions run Monday - Friday from 6 AM - 3 PM. We'll be expanding and adding times soon.
No problem! We're here to coach you every step of the way and will design a program that matches your ability.
No. We do have a complimentary assessment but as every program is customized our coaches invest significant time into each athlete .
It varies based on the program and training frequency but the average GRP client invests between $800 - $1200 / month on their health.
No problem. We work with dozens of clients each year that are coming back from injuries or dealing with a nagging issue. We actually have a manual therapy clinic on-site for those that need treatment.
We take it all one month at a time. We want you to choose to spend time with us, not lock you into a long term contract.
